Product description

Lucky Deer focuses on die-casting automation for core motor components, including rotor and motor end-cover projects. This fully automatic rotor die-casting island is designed for washing-machine rotors with an outer diameter of 68 mm and a stack height of 28-50 mm. The line uses six-axis robots for automatic mold loading, part takeout, aluminum-chip removal, cooling, and interrupted-bars testing. The line can be operated by one person and reaches a production rate of four rotors per minute. Main configured equipment includes a 420T die-casting machine, 600 kg aluminum melting furnace, rotary degassing refiner, mold-temperature control machine, soup feeder, robotic arm, air-cooled unit, grinding and polishing machine, release-agent mixer, and safety fence.
