Lucky Deer has delivered turnkey assembly projects for customers across home-appliance, direct-drive, vehicle, and drone motor applications. The current final assembly line materials describe a complete project supporting mixed-model production with a cycle time of 40 seconds per motor. Main line operations include stator and rotor assembly, washer feeding and tightening, no-load testing, laser marking, and packaging. The solution is designed to improve throughput while reducing labor demand.
