Drawing on Lucky Deer's assembly-line integration experience, the rotor assembly line solution is suitable for home-appliance motors, direct-drive motors, new-energy vehicle motors, and drone motors. Based on the current project materials, the rotor line includes shell gluing, magnet insertion, hub assembly, glue curing, surface magnetic inspection, shaft pressing, runout inspection, dynamic balance testing, and final visual inspection. The line is designed for stable quality output and can be integrated as part of a turnkey project.
