Overview
The stator assembly line solution is organized around winding, lead handling, testing, and structural assembly. Based on the current materials, the process includes stator winding, wire arranging, enamel removal, soldering extension wires, applying heat-shrink tubing, finished stator testing, frame assembly, glue curing, and bearing assembly. The line can be configured for mixed-model projects and can be combined with rotor and final assembly sections.
