Overview

Product description

Designed to meet specific material requirements, this automatic shear and end-welding machine can be integrated between the uncoiler and downstream processes. It is intended to maximize material utilization and production efficiency while reducing raw-material cost. The machine is suitable for precision shearing and butt welding of silicon steel, carbon steel, and galvanized sheet materials. A high-rigidity integrated frame houses the hydraulic shear in the base, while the welding unit is mounted in a cantilevered structure above and retracts automatically after welding to keep the strip path clear.
