Overview

Product description

Compared with traditional lubrication methods such as wool roller coating and drip oiling, the precision mist oiler provides clear process advantages. Oil is sprayed uniformly onto both sides of the material strip to lubricate the punch and die simultaneously, extending die regrind life by more than 20%. Precise oil-volume control stabilizes oil-film thickness, reducing defects such as slug pulling and die clogging while improving forming consistency. Depending on the customer's process, stamping-oil use can be reduced by 20% to 50%. Optional in-die spot lubrication is available for long-dimension or high-precision dies.
